- You must ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your order is accurate, complete and up to date, such as addresses, names, phone numbers, or payment information.
- Your order becomes effective upon successful transmission after you press “Submit Payment” on the website. You cannot cancel the order online after that time. You must pay for delivery in addition to the price of the goods, as shown on the website when you complete your order. If your order is not fulfilled, you can call 775-778-0668 if you wish to attempt a cancellation. If your order's has been paid for on our behalf, we cannot cancel the order.
- We are unable to accept liability if the delivery of your order is late or if stock is not available in time for scheduled delivery. If items are backordered or not available, you will be notified by e-mail shortly after placing the order. You will be given the option to cancel the selected items if this occurs.
- Ownership of your shipment passes to you upon delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to your order after delivery.
- Carlin Trend Mining Supplies & Service warrants that the provided goods and services are fit for their usual purpose, are merchantable and meet any description we have provided. All other warranties and representations, except those which are non-excludable in law, are excluded. If the goods and services are defective or do not meet these warranties, we will refund the price, refund or replace your order, or resupply the unfit services. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. We will not be liable if you have failed to follow instructions, modified the items or used them for an unintended purpose.
- We will try to assist you if you wish to return your items unused, but we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result. If items are not resalable at no fault of our own, we may not accept your return.
- If we cannot accept payment from your credit card, the order will not be processed and you may or may not be contacted, contingent on the conditions of the failure.
- These conditions are governed by the commerce laws of the State of Nevada and the greater U.S. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
